Return Policy

I want you to love your original artwork. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The painting must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). If a return is required, please contact me, as I can help walk you through proper shipment return.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for insuring the artwork during transit.

• Once the painting is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note:

• Custom commissions and personalized artwork are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned artwork has been received and approved by the seller.
